Call Divert Code: How To Divert Calls From You Glo Line

Glo Call Divert or Forwarding code is a feature that allows Glo subscribers divert their incoming calls to another number.

This could be(local, International, Fixed, GSM, PTO’s, etc.). Similarly a Glo subscriber can also choose to forward their calls to their voicemail if that is what the actually want.

While all Glo subscribers can activate and cancel call diverts (forwarding) at any time free of charges. However, Glo network charges a subscriber whenever calls to their line are diverted to another number.

The reason is, call divert operates in such a way that the Glo network makes call on your behalf. Therefore, all calls diverted from your line will incur the regular rate of your current tariff plan.

Basically, you can choose to divert calls unconditionally: you can ask the network to divert your calls when your line is busy, when you don’t pick up your call or when your phone number is not reachable.

Glo call divert/forwarding codes

Below are the various code for call divert/forwarding on your Glo network

  • To activate call diverts for all calls dial **21*number#: To cancel dial ##21#; and to check your status for this option, dial *#21#.
  • Activate call divert when you don’t pick your call, dial **61*number#: To deactivate, dial ##61#; and to check your status for this option, dial *#61#.
  • Divert your calls when your line is busy, simply dial **67*number#: To deactivate, dial ##67#; and to check your status for this, dial *#67#.
  • Divert your calls when your phone number is not reachable( or switched off) simply dial **62*number#: To cancel dial ##62#; To check the divert status simply dial *#62#.

You can also unsubscribe from all call divert; if you have subscribed to Glo call forwarding but you’re not sure which it is exactly. Simply dial this general code ##002#; to cancel all call divert/forwarding.

Diverts are available for all customer, irrespective of, if you are a post-paid or prepaid Glo Subscriber.
