Step 3. Enter the last 4 digits of your MasterCard as required and proceed afterward.

If you follow all the steps above you will receive a notification SMS of successful registration. With that, you can now transfer money, buy airtime and do other transactions with the union bank USSD code.

Similarly, there is a charge of 2-5 if you use an MTN network but it is free for other networks such as Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile.

You can only buy airtime from your Union bank account with your registered number. That’s after activating the USSD code, you can either buy airtime for yourself or others.

To buy airtime for yourself or top-up your SIM, you can simply dial *826*amount#. For instance, dial *826*500# and enter your transfer pin.

Similarly to buy airtime for your friends or families or another number from your union bank account, then you can simply dial *826*amount*recipient’s mobile no#, and enter your transfer pin.
